Viewings and the deal without travelling
Viewings can be done remotely, through detailed photo and video reports. Once you've chosen a property, we negotiate with the owner, arrange legal due diligence and support you through the purchase.
Renovation oversight
If the premises need renovating, we oversee the work so the property is ready for use.
Tenants and management
We look for a tenant and agree the terms of the lease. After the deal, we can keep coordinating the running of the property, the contractors and day-to-day management.
Does buying property in Moldova give you residency or citizenship?

Recent cases
